✨ International Dot Day at Waverly! ✨
All Waverly students in grades K–5 are celebrating International Dot Day, a global celebration of creativity, courage, and collaboration inspired by Peter H. Reynolds’ book The Dot.
Working with our wonderful art teacher, Ms. Barlow, each student is creating a unique dot that represents their creativity and individuality. When combined, these dots became a beautiful mural reminding us that “Everything starts from a dot… Make your mark and see where it takes you!” 🎨🖌️
Dot Day is all about encouraging students to “make their mark” in the world—whether through art, ideas, kindness, or leadership. This collaborative project shows how each individual contribution helps build something extraordinary when we come together as a community. 🌍❤️
